Osi studied intensely with John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga.  She is part of the invitation only therapy training and Teacher yearly gathering where Certified Anusara teachers hone their skills.  Osi travels and assists many leading teachers like Todd Noriam, Desiree Rumbaugh , and Amy Ippoliti in addition to Kripalu and Omega at the yoga Conference.  Osi continues to teach both privately, in studios and workshops around the United States and overseas.  Osi has been invited to teach Anusara Yoga in Costa Rica, ST. Thomas, St. Barth’s, Israel, Paris  and  South of France.  She is also a certified Shambhala meditation guide.  Often described as a “desert flower”, her middle eastern roots contribute and enhance her classes with spirituality, music and an international feel lifting the spirit and soul.
